Instructions for Oral & Poster Presentations

 

Oral Presentations

1. Each presenter is allocated 20 minutes in total. It is recommended that each oral presentation would take 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.

2. Please inform us beforehand if you have any special requirements. Microsoft PowerPoint will be available on the computer provided in the presentation room.
The use of your own computer for your presentation is not allowed.

Poster Presentations

1.  The poster exhibition area is just outside of the meeting room on 11F, Info‐Library Building, NSYSU.

2.  Each poster presenter will get a poster board space. It is recommended that your poster has dimensions of 75 cm in width and 120 cm in height, but definitely not lager than this size.

3.   Posters can be mounted from 09:00, Monday, October 14^th. Tools for attaching the poster will be provided at the venue.

4.   The poster session will be held on Monday, October 14^th from 16:00 until 17:20 and Tuesday, October 15th from 15:00 until 15:30 at the poster exhibition area.

5.  Please note that there will be poster competitions. The presenter is asked to stand around the relevant poster for Q&A during the Poster Sessions. The awards for the first place (x1), second place (x2), and third place (x3) are 3,000NTD, 2,000 NTD, and 1,000NTD, respectively. In other words, six award certificates along with the cash prizes will be given during the closing ceremony of the conference.

6.    Please dismount your poster by 16:30 on Tuesday, October 15th at the latest.
