Call for Abstracts

 

Each abstract (at least one, but not longer than two A4 pages) must clearly contain the following:

 

(1)   Preference of presentation: □ Platform, □ Poster, □ No preference

(2)   Selection of theme category:

      □ Advances in analytical, characterization, and monitoring methods,

      □ Fate, transport, and transformation,

      □ Occurrence in groundwater and drinking water,

      □ Advancement in removal and treatment technologies,

      □ Emerging contaminants in vertebrate and invertebrate populations,

      □ Regulations and risk management strategy,

      □ Other relevant issues

(3)   Title of abstract;

(4)   Name(s) of all author(s) – Ex. Keith M. Yao, Tracy H. Matsuto, Luis G. Blakey;

(5)   Affiliation(s) of all author(s);

(6)   Email address of the corresponding author;

(7)   Main text, figure(s), and table(s); and

(8)   Reference(s)

 

 

Notes

◆    All abstracts should be submitted no later than March 31, 2013.

◆    All abstracts should be prepared in English and Microsoft WORD format using size 12 Times New Roman font.  But size 14 Times New Roman font should be used for each abstract title.

◆    Leave one line of space between the title/author block and the body of the abstract.

◆    Abstract text must be single-spaced.  Do not leave blank lines between paragraphs.  Abstracts should be concise and informative containing objective, methods, results, and conclusion.

◆    Submission of an abstract is a commitment that at least one author will register and attend “emcon forum 2013” after acceptance of the abstract.

◆    Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified no later than April 30, 2013.

◆    Authors of all accepted abstracts should submit full papers for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

◆    Abstract files should be submitted via email attachment to cecraa@mail.nsysu.edu.tw.
