Note: The registration fee will cover the costs of the organization expenses, book proceedings, one meal at welcome party, two lunches, coffee-breaks, one dinner, and a conference banquet at farewell party.

 

Registration Cancellation Policy

The payment has to be received until the deadline for an appropriate fee. Cancelation of the payment will be possible before July 15, 2013 (Note: USD 70 and TWD 1,000 for administrative charges will be deducted for international and domestic registered delegates, respectively).  Those who cancel after July 15, 2013 will receive no refund of their registration fee.

Liability

The Conference Organizer is not liable for travel, health, accidents or injury to delegates while attending and travelling to or from the meeting.  Delegates are advised to carry adequate personal travel and health insurance.
