民主本身是個古老的話題，但自世紀之交網路風行之後，政治學界免不了也沾上了這股風潮， 「網路民主」有成為政治學門新的研究次領域之勢。同樣的，如何運用網路來提升、增強代議士與選民的連結，以及 網路是否有助於代議士提昇議事/政策製訂品質，都成了政治學者試圖回答的問題。本頁收集了一些E-democracy與E-rulemaking的資源。
