林宗賢進一步解釋,此研究發展出「雙頻率場組裝(Dual-frequency field assembly, DFFA)」的全新技術,意味著一樣達到相同的效果,但所需的雷射強度可以減少6倍以上,降低光學耗損。依據不同目的需求,可以透過改變膽固醇型液晶混合物,來操作雷射的偏振調控和脈衝寬度,可調性大幅提昇。製作出的膽固醇型液晶工作帶寬夠大,相容於不同領域、不同規格及不同線寬的應用上,用途非常廣泛。獨步全球的膽固醇型液晶光學厚度,解決了脈衝光應用所需,且免除其他昂貴的搭配元件調變,節省經濟與時間成本。
國立中山大學資工系黃英哲教授率領AI養殖科技團隊參與2023亞太資通訊科技聯盟大賽(APICTA Awards),以「AI水產養殖管理系統」榮獲APICTA Research & Development Project of the Year銀牌,此一成就除獲國際肯定,也為水產養殖業界帶來多元革新。APICTA Awards為亞太區資訊與通訊技術領域的年度菁英競賽,今年為第22屆,吸引了來自15個經濟體的200組團隊共256件作品參與競逐。
張耿崚說明,研究團隊首先使用特殊溶劑與酵素溶液在室溫下攪拌2小時,製作出包埋酵素的PLA薄膜,再將薄膜置於60℃和每分鐘100轉速(100 rpm)的培養箱中與酵素溶液反應。結果顯示,相較於在反應溶液中額外添加酵素的PLA薄膜,含有酵素的PLA樣品在濃度0.1%與濃度1.0%酵素溶液中的分解效率更好;在濃度5.0%酵素溶液中,其分解效果在21天後可達到74%。以掃描式電子顯微鏡(Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM)分析,也顯示額外添加酵素與含有酵素的PLA薄膜,其外觀表面與分解情況有所差異。
Sei Zhen Khong received the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree (with first class honours) and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Melbourne, Australia. He has held research positions at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Melbourne, Australia, Department of Automatic Control, Lund University, Sweden, Institute for Mathematics and its Applications, University of Minnesota Twin Cities, USA, and Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Hong Kong, China. His research interests include network control, robust control, systems theory, and optimization with applications to power systems and synthetic biology.
Hafiz Furqan Ahmed earned his B.E. (with Honors) degree in Electronics Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2012. He then obtained a combined M.S.-Ph.D. degree in Energy Engineering, specializing in Power Electronics, from Kyungpook National University, South Korea, in 2017. From the end of 2018 to 2021, he served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Khalifa University, United Arab Emirates (UAE). He worked as a Contract Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan, from February 2022 to January 2024. He is now transitioned to a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position in February 2024.
Dr. Ahmed has authored and co-authored more than 55 technical papers published in various IEEE international conferences and IEEE Transactions. He was the recipient of the IEEE Best Paper Award in 2015, and the Best Researcher Awards from “Brain Korea” BK in 2016. He has also received scholarships and awards from the NICT R&D Fund Pakistan, NUST, and Kyungpook National University. His current research interests include high-efficiency grid-connected photovoltaic inverters, direct ac-ac converters for grid power quality improvement, solid-state transformers, and switched-mode power supplies.
陳則綸博士於2021年1月獲得國立臺灣大學環境工程學研究所博士學位,博士論文主要研究領域為整合式空氣污染防制技術開發與評估,曾於相關產業應用此研究內容,主要係建立空污防制之示範模廠。陳博士自攻讀博士學位期間積極參與國際交流合作,曾至德國「斯圖加特大學」訪學三個月 (2019/7~2019/9),執行醇胺吸收二氧化碳示範模廠操作最佳化與程序模擬等研究;而後至美國「阿貢國家實驗室」訪學一年 (2019/10~2020/9),開發新穎樹脂晶圓電去離子技術於二氧化碳分離與純化之應用。博士畢業後於臺大環工所擔任博士後研究員(2021/3-2022/7),主要進行空氣污染即時分析與監測之相關研究。陳博士於2022年獲得國科會博士後千里馬計畫以及Swiss Government Excellence Postdoctoral Scholarships補助,前往瑞士蘇黎世理工學院 (Eidgenössische Technische Hochschul, ETH Zürich) 擔任博士後研究員(2022/8-2023/9),從事二氧化碳電催化還原轉化等相關研究工作,主要針對二氧化碳電催化技術進行反應器設計,以及系統優化與評估。陳博士於2024年2月加入中山環工所團隊,未來研究將結合本身專業與淨零排放、空氣污染與氣候變遷等議題。
Dr. Chen Tse-Lun obtained his doctoral degree from the Graduate Institute of Environmen-tal Engineering at National Taiwan University in January 2021. His doctoral thesis primarily fo-cused on the “Development and Evaluation of Integrated Air Pollution Control Technologies”. Dr. Chen applied the research content in related industries, mainly establishing a demonstration plant for high-gravity air pollution control. During his doctoral program, Dr. Chen actively participated in international exchange and cooperation. He conducted a three-month research visit at the Uni-versity of Stuttgart in Germany (2019/7-2019/9), where he optimized the operation and process simulation of amine absorption carbon dioxide demonstration plant. Subsequently, he embarked on a one-year research visit at Argonne National Laboratory in the United States (2019/10-2020/9), focusing on the application of novel resin wafer electrodialysis technology in carbon di-oxide separation and purification. After completing his doctorate, Dr. Chen worked as a postdoc-toral researcher at the Department of Environmental Engineering at National Taiwan University (2021/2-2022/7), mainly conducting research related to real-time data analysis and air quality monitoring. Afterward, Dr. Chen was awarded Swiss Government Excellence Postdoctoral Schol-arships and the Postdoctoral Research Abroad Program of NSTC, Taiwan. He joined ETH Zurich as a postdoctoral researcher (2022/8-2023/9), where he engaged in research on carbon dioxide electrocatalytic reduction and conversion. His work mainly focused on reactor design for carbon dioxide electrocatalysis technology, as well as system optimization and evaluation. In February 2024, Dr. Chen joined the team at the Institute of Environmental Engineering at NSYSU. His fu-ture research will combine his expertise with issues including net-zero emissions, air pollution, and climate change.
