Congratulations to our lab’s junior student, Patrick Pan, for being awarded NT$30,000 in the first round of the 2024 Department of Materials and Photonics Internationalization Scholarship on April 3.
2.本次113學年度第 1 學期材光系學士班書香獎得獎名單，大四獲獎 4 名中，本實驗室囊獲 2 名書香獎，乃 林辰軒 與 蔡岫璋 兩位同學。 林辰軒畢業後將去交大陳智教授實驗室作 3D 封裝。 蔡岫璋畢業後將去清華陳柏宇教授實驗室作生醫薄膜。
In the list of recipients for the Book Aroma Award in the first semester of the 2024 academic year (113th year) from the Department of Materials and Photonics, our lab proudly secured 2 out of the 4 awards granted to senior students. The recipients are Arthur Lin and Andrew Tsai. After graduation, Arthur Lin will join Professor Chih Chen’s lab at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University to work on 3D packaging, while Andrew Tsai will join Professor Po-Yu Chen’s lab at National Tsing Hua University to work on biomedical thin films.

Congratulations to our lab’s Ph.D. student, Felix Wang, for achieving outstanding results in midterm exams—ranking third in Professor Chang Chih-Pu’s Electron Microscopy course and earning a perfect score of 100 to rank first in Professor Bo-Shiuan Li’s Materials Design course.
8.本實驗室將從2025/4/18 始，實施新生活運動，杜絕開口講髒話，杜絕在研究室玩牌玩手機遊戲參雜小額金錢。
Starting from April 18, 2025, our lab will implement a New Lifestyle Initiative: strictly prohibiting the use of profanity and banning card games or mobile gaming involving small amounts of money in the lab.
9.本實驗室六位碩士研究生，均順利於 4/20 前完成碩士論文初稿，送至系辦審核。
All six of our lab’s master’s students successfully completed and submitted the first draft of their theses to the department office for review by April 20.
10.本實驗室碩二生 蒲光沛，4/23 參加本系英語歌唱比賽，經過激戰，表現優異，榮獲第四名，獎金 2000 元。
Our second-year master’s student, Richard Pu, participated in the department’s English singing competition on April 23. After a fierce contest and an excellent performance, he won 4th place and received a prize of NT$2,000.
11.本實驗室六位碩士研究生暫定於 6/17 舉行碩論畢業口試，期待都順利過關。
Our lab’s six master’s students are tentatively scheduled to hold their thesis defense on June 17. We look forward to their successful completion.

 1.本實驗室大學專題生林辰軒、蔡岫璋、郭政彥等，已經於 3/24平安完成機車環島畢業旅行，又冷又餓十分艱辛難忘。
The undergraduate research students in our laboratory, Arthur Lin, Andrew Tsai, and Caspar Kuo, successfully completed their motorcycle tour around the island on March 24. The journey was cold, exhausting, and unforgettable.
2.本實驗室之 H-index 已經來到 78，被引用次數達到 28,700。
The H-index of our laboratory has reached 78, with a total citation count of 28,700.
3.黃老師帶領四位實驗室成員梁沛宇、張嘉哲、林辰軒、蔡岫璋，於 4/6-16 赴維也納與布達佩斯開會發表論文。
Professor Huang led four laboratory members—Billy Liang, Jessi Zhang, Arthur Lin, and Andrew Tsai—to Vienna and Budapest from April 6 to 16 to attend conferences and present their research papers.

Caspar Kuo and Kenny Xu have officially joined our laboratory as first-year master's students. Reese Zhang has also joined as an undergraduate research assistant.

 1.實驗室六位碩士畢業生，均於 2/17 開學第一天繳出碩士論文第一次初稿，黃老師大力修改，給每人諸多嚴格要求，六位均震驚立馬上緊螺絲。
On the first day of the semester, February 17, all six master's students in the lab submitted the first draft of their theses. Professor Huang rigorously revised them, imposing strict requirements on each student. Shocked by the feedback, all six immediately buckled down and tightened their focus.
2.實驗室碩士生張嘉哲於2/19失神發生機車意外，手腳輕微受傷，期望早日康復。
On February 19, master's student Jessi Zhang was involved in a scooter accident due to a momentary lapse of awareness, sustaining minor injuries to his hands and feet. Wishing him a speedy recovery.
3.實驗室大四生林辰軒與蔡岫璋，上學期 GPA 皆是 4.30，共同獲得書卷獎，恭喜他們。
The lab's senior undergraduate students, Arthur Lin and Andrew Tsai, both achieved a GPA of 4.30 last semester and were jointly awarded the Academic Excellence Award. Congratulations to them!
4.本實驗室之Google citation H-index 晉升至77，期待早日邁向 80。
The Google Citation H-index of our lab has risen to 77. Looking forward to reaching 80 soon!
5.本實驗室本學期正式之第一次組會與查經班聚會，於 2/24週一晚上舉行。六位碩士畢業生每週接力陸續上台預演畢業口試。
The first official group meeting and Bible study session of our lab this semester was held on the evening of Monday, February 24. The six master's graduates will take turns presenting weekly rehearsals for their graduation defense.
6.英語菁英每週訓練班，於 2/25傍晚舉行本學期第一次聚集，有十二位大學生參加。
The English Elite Weekly Training Session was held on the evening of February 25, marking the first gathering of the semester, with twelve university students in attendance.
7.黃老師於 2/26 赴新竹，參加黃幫新竹新春餐敘，有近二十位新竹學長聚餐歡聚，由劉芳昌學長董事長請客。
On February 26, Professor Huang traveled to Hsinchu to attend the Huang Group Hsinchu New Year dinner gathering, which was attended by nearly twenty alumni from Hsinchu. The dinner was hosted by Chairman Fang-Chang Liu.
8.碩士班考試陸續放榜，本實驗室大四生郭政彥通過中山材光、成大材料備取。
The results of the master's entrance exams have been gradually announced. Our lab's senior undergraduate student, Caspar Kuo, has been accepted as an alternate for the materials science program at both National Sun Yat-sen University and National Cheng Kung University.
9.黃老師先前香港之學生，周睿博士，將於 3/12-16 來高雄參訪。
Professor Huang's former student from Hong Kong, Dr. Zhou Rui, will be visiting Kaohsiung from March 12 to 16.
10.本實驗室大學專題生林辰軒、蔡岫璋、郭政彥等，將於 3/15-24 機車環島畢業旅行，請注意安全，一路平安順風愉快。
The undergraduate project students from our lab, Arthur Lin, Andrew Tsai, and Caspar Kuo, will be embarking on a motorcycle trip around the island for their graduation travel from March 15 to 24. Wishing them safety and a smooth, enjoyable journey!
11.本實驗室之博士生王浚宇，已經安排於暑假赴香港大學進行交換研究，將在陸洋講座教授旗下作碳化矽微奈米柱之機性與差排缺陷特性。
Our lab's PhD student, Felix Wang, has arranged to conduct exchange research at the University of Hong Kong during the summer. He will be working under Professor Lu Yang to study the mechanical properties and dislocation defects of silicon carbide micro-nanopillars.

 1.本高雄新實驗室復原重啟之後，雖有不少海報論文發表，但第一篇國際期刊，由博士生王浚宇領軍，獲得 Journal of American Ceramic Society 青睞，恭喜。
After the restoration and reopening of our new Kaohsiung laboratory, numerous posters and conference papers have been presented. However, the first international journal publication, led by PhD student Felix Wang, has been accepted by the Journal of the American Ceramic Society. Congratulations!
2.上學期成績公布，本實驗室有兩位 GPA 4.3 (全部 A+)，其餘多位也在 4.1-4.2之間，都是厲害腳色，恭喜恭喜。
Last semester's grades have been released. Two members of our lab achieved a perfect GPA of 4.3 (all A+), while several others scored between 4.1 and 4.2. Truly an outstanding group—congratulations!
3.過年放假期間，南部地震不斷，實驗室儀器一切安好無虞。
During the Lunar New Year holiday, multiple earthquakes struck southern Taiwan, but all laboratory instruments remained safe and unaffected.
4.過年放假期間，多位學長姐返回高雄，探望老師，有黃奕勛、裴浩然、陳亮宇、朱梓滔、吳桎鋐、盧學育、張博維等等。
During the Lunar New Year holiday, several alumni returned to Kaohsiung to visit our professor, including Yi-Hsun Huang, Hao-Ran Pei, Liang-Yu Chen, Zi-Tao Zhu, Zhi-Hong Wu, Xue-Yu Lu, Bo-Wei Zhang, and others.
5.過年放假期間，大家返鄉團圓，林辰軒也與家人赴日本東京旅遊。
During the Lunar New Year holiday, while everyone returned home for family reunions, Arthur Lin traveled to Tokyo, Japan, with his family.
6.年後2/5 週三晚上，黃老師新春宴請部分南部幫友，有伏和中、王俊傑、郭木城、林鉉凱、張志溢、郭哲男、李伯軒、莊文碩、羅茂菁、彭柏竣。
On the evening of Wednesday, February 5, after the Lunar New Year, Professor Huang hosted a New Year gathering for some members of the Southern group, including He-Zhong Fu, Jun-Jie Wang, Mu-Cheng Guo, Xuan-Kai Lin, Zhi-Yi Zhang, Zhe-Nan Guo, Bo-Shiuan Li, Wen-Shuo Zhuang, Mao-Jing Luo, and Bai-Jun Peng.
7.大學專題生潘品辰，2/10完成他的國科會計畫書，上線申請，期待能順利通過。
Undergraduate research student Patrick Pan completed his NSTC project proposal on February 10 and has submitted the online application. We look forward to its successful approval.
8.2/17 週一晚上第一次組會，邀請美國加州的聶家威博士，美國新創公司創辦人與董事長，主講固態薄膜電池，與在美生涯規劃，有四十餘人參加。
On the evening of Monday, February 17, we held our first group meeting of the year, featuring Dr. Jia-Wei Nie from California, USA. As the founder and chairman of an American startup, he gave a talk on solid-state thin-film batteries and career planning in the U.S. The event was attended by over 40 participants.

 1.本實驗室黃少郁於 2024/12/25 – 2025/1/1 赴日本旅遊交流，回來中了日本流感。
Our lab member, Sabrina Huang, traveled to Japan for a cultural exchange from December 25, 2024, to January 1, 2025, and contracted the Japanese flu upon returning.
2.本實驗室多位成員，於 2024/12/31晚上，分別在台北、台中、高雄，歡樂送夕陽、瘋跨年、迎朝陽，進入 2025 年的最後畢業衝刺期。
Several members of our lab celebrated New Year's Eve on December 31, 2024, in different locations: enjoying the sunset in Taipei, ringing in the new year in Taichung, and welcoming the sunrise in Kaohsiung. They then entered the final sprint towards graduation in 2025.
3.本實驗室論文於2024 年一年中，被全球外界學者引用了 3500 多次。
Research papers from our lab were cited over 3,500 times by scholars worldwide in 2024.

January 7 marks the 22nd birthday of our website administrator, Arthur Lin. Despite being in the midst of final exams, happy birthday!

 1.黃志青老師 97 歲岳父與小舅，從澳洲伯斯返台，兒子女兒，從美國丹佛返台探親，家人難得團聚，溫馨熱鬧。
Professor Huang's 97-year-old father-in-law and younger brother-in-law returned to Taiwan from Perth, Australia, while his son and daughter returned from Denver, USA, to visit family. The rare family reunion was warm and lively.
2.本實驗室王元甫帶隊之七位，作者有王元甫、陳星宇、林辰軒、王浚宇、李伯軒、周明奇、黃志青，在材料年會獲得海報競賽之優等獎，恭喜他們。
A team of seven led by Ian Wang from our lab, including authors Ian Wang, Xing-Yu Chen, Arthur Lin, Felix Wang, Bo-Shiuan Li, Ming-Qi Zhou, and Jacob Huang, received the Excellence Award in the poster competition at the Materials Annual Conference. Congratulations to them!
3.本實驗室大家長黃志青老師國家講座教授，再度榮獲中山大學榮譽講座，延續至第四期，聘期從 2025/8/1至 2028/7/31，屆時老師將為71 歲。
Professor Huang, the head of our laboratory and a National Chair Professor, has once again been awarded the Honorary Professorship at Sun Yat-sen University, extending into the fourth term. The appointment period is from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2028, at which time he will be 71 years old.
4.恭喜大四林辰軒榮獲112學年度第2學期第一名，得到書香榮譽與獎金。
Congratulations to senior Arthur Lin for achieving first place in the second semester of the 112th academic year, earning the Scholarly Excellence Award along with its honor and scholarship.
5.本實驗室聖誕派對於 12/23 晚上舉行，有披薩烤雞義大利麵飲料，聖誕詩歌競賽，聖經經文打字輸入競賽，與真情禮物交換，歡愉熱鬧溫馨感人。
Our lab's Christmas party will be held on the evening of December 23, featuring pizza, roast chicken, pasta, and drinks. Activities will include a Christmas carol contest, a Bible verse typing competition, and a heartfelt gift exchange. The event promises to be joyful, lively, and heartwarming.

 1.香港大學機械系研究助理教授，文通其博士，於 11/4 來本實驗室參訪，並給一場演講，人工智慧在材料計算之應用，近五十位師生參加。
Dr. Tong-Chi Wen, Research Assistant Professor from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Hong Kong, visited our laboratory on November 4 and delivered a lecture on the application of artificial intelligence in materials computation. The event was attended by nearly fifty faculty members and students.
2.黃老師於11/5-9帶文通其博士，赴台東景點旅遊五天，享受大自然風光。
Professor Huang accompanied Dr. Tong-Chi Wen on a five-day trip to various scenic spots in Taitung from November 5 to 9, enjoying the beauty of nature.
3.本實驗室六位碩士同學，於 11/11 全天完成碩士論文計畫書之口試，六位都順利通過，恭喜他們。
Six master's students from our laboratory successfully completed their oral defenses for their thesis proposals on November 11. Congratulations to all of them for passing!
4.本實驗室大三潘品辰，決定以 SiC 差排缺陷與光學性質為其大學生專題研究，並將申請國科會大學生專題計畫。
Junior student Patrick Pan from our lab has decided to focus on SiC dislocation defects and optical properties for their undergraduate research project and plans to apply for the NSTC Undergraduate Research Project.
5.本實驗室八位博碩學士學生，於 11/15-16 赴中興大學參加材料年會，發表六篇海報論文。
Eight students from our laboratory, including doctoral, master's, and bachelor's students, attended the Materials Annual Conference at NCHU from November 15 to 16, presenting six poster papers.
6.本實驗室於 11/19 週二晚上，於漢神巨蛋海港餐廳聚餐，全組興奮歡愉，飽餐一頓。
Our laboratory held a group dinner at the Harbour Restaurant in the Hanshin Arena Shopping Plaza on the evening of Tuesday, November 19. The entire team enjoyed a delightful and satisfying meal together.

The journal papers from our laboratory have been cited over 27,200 times, reaching a new high with an H-index of 76. On average, each paper has been cited more than 62 times.

 1.Bruker 公司魏博士 10/11來本系，校正 Hysitron TI Premier Nanoindenter，本實驗室多人參與深度學習儀器。
Dr. Wei from Bruker visited our department on October 11 to calibrate the Hysitron TI Premier Nanoindenter. Many members of our lab participated in an in-depth learning session on the instrument.
2.黃老師繼續每週二傍晚，舉辦英語菁英訓練班，本實驗室多人參與，獲益匪淺。
Professor Huang continues to hold the English elite training class every Tuesday evening. Many members of our lab participate and have greatly benefited from it.
3.恭賀本實驗室1990年入學之第二屆學長，博士班86級系友陳宗榮博士，榮升中國鋼鐵公司技術部門助理副總經理。
Congratulations to Dr. Zong-Rong Chen, a senior from our lab’s second cohort admitted in 1990 and a doctoral alumnus of Class 86, on his promotion to Assistant Vice President of the Technical Department at China Steel Corporation.
4.本實驗室今日 10/15又有某位同學，將微硬度試驗機的鑽石頭撞到，影響眾人，這已經是本實驗室一年內第三次事件，事態嚴重。
On October 15, another student in our lab damaged the diamond tip of the microhardness tester, affecting everyone. This is the third such incident in our lab within a year, highlighting the severity of the situation.
5.10/21 是郭哲男老師的四十歲生日，郭老師是本實驗室黃老師先前的學碩博士生，黃老師致贈嘉言與黑森林巧克力蛋糕同慶。
October 21 marked Professor Guo's 40th birthday. Professor Guo, formerly a master's and Ph.D. student under our lab, celebrated with heartfelt words and a Black Forest chocolate cake from Professor Huang.
6.陽明交通大學材料系鍾采甫助理教授，10/24來中山演講，黃老師與研究生前去交流，收穫豐富。
Assistant Professor Cai-Fu Zhong from the Department of Materials Science at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University gave a lecture at NSYSU on October 24. Professor Huang and the graduate students attended the session, gaining valuable insights from the exchange.
7.實驗室老闆黃老師，與碩二梁沛宇，於 10/25-26 至屏科大研製濺鍍生醫薄膜。
Professor Huang, the head of our lab, and the second-year master's student Billy Liang visited National Pingtung University of Science and Technology on October 25-26 to develop sputtered biomedical thin films.
8.牛津儀器公司業務經理 Jonathan Bryon於 10/29，來中山了解奈米壓痕系統之使用狀況，李伯軒教授與黃老師共同接待討論。
Jonathan Bryon, the Sales Manager from Oxford Instruments, visited NSYSU on October 29 to review the usage status of the nano-indentation system. Professor Li Bo-Xuan and Professor Huang jointly hosted the discussion.

 1.9/17 週二，中秋佳節大家返家烤肉團圓，留下幾位在高雄趕進度的，與老師去日本燒肉餐廳聚餐。
On Tuesday, September 17, during the Mid-Autumn Festival, while most people returned home for barbecues and family gatherings, a few stayed in Kaohsiung to catch up on their work and joined the professor for a dinner at a Japanese barbecue restaurant.
2.9/18 週三中午，黃奕勛學長返校探望老師，閒話家常六小時。
On Wednesday, September 18, senior Syun Huang returned to campus to visit the professor, spending six hours chatting casually.
3.9/20 週五下午，美國波特蘭的Intel公司凌宜暘、台南的荷蘭ASML黃奕維、與台南的台積電廖家儀學長系友，返校探望黃老師，並與本實驗室同學分享。
On the afternoon of Friday, September 20, alumni Yi-Yang Ling from Intel in Portland, USA, Yi-Wei Huang from ASML in Tainan, and Jia-Yi Liao from TSMC in Tainan returned to campus to visit Professor Huang and shared their experiences with the students in the lab.
4.9/22 週日下午，美國聶台岡講座教授，來本系與二十餘位材光系同學分享，大家收穫豐富，會後吃披薩聚餐。
On the afternoon of Sunday, September 22, Professor Tai-Gang Nieh from the United States gave a talk in our department, sharing insights with over twenty students from the Department of Materials and Optoelectronic Science. Everyone gained valuable knowledge, and afterward, we had a pizza gathering.
5.剛公布的 Stanford Top 2% Scholars 統計中，黃志青老師仍被算在香港城市大學中，在全球近30萬材料學者中排 Top 0.48%，在全球近4萬冶金學者中排 Top 0.3%。
In the recently released Stanford Top 2% Scholars rankings, Professor Huang is still listed under City University of Hong Kong. He ranks in the top 0.48% among nearly 300,000 materials scientists worldwide and in the top 0.3% among nearly 40,000 metallurgical scientists globally.
6.9/28 教師節，黃幫族群以溫馨感人卡片，向黃老師致意，教師節快樂健康。
On September 28, Teacher's Day, the Huang Lab members expressed their gratitude to Professor Huang with a heartfelt card, wishing him a happy and healthy Teacher's Day.

On the evening of Monday, September 30, six master's students submitted the second draft of their thesis proposals. Some are nearing completion, while others are still in progress. Keep up the good work, everyone!
8.10/1-3，山陀兒颱風，橫掃高屏，放假數天，高雄與中山校園均遭損傷。
From October 1 to 3, Typhoon Krathon swept across the Kaohsiung and Pingtung regions, leading to several days of school closures. Both Kaohsiung City and the Sun Yat-sen University campus sustained damage.

2.本實驗室於2024/8/29，把濺鍍機弄壞，因擅自拆除基座，冷卻水噴進腔體，機器需要維修，需本實驗室出資。
On August 29, 2024, our laboratory damaged the sputtering machine due to the unauthorized removal of the base, causing cooling water to spray into the chamber. The machine now requires repairs, and our lab will need to cover the costs.
3.本實驗室新學期第一次組會，於2024/9/2 舉行，大三學生 Patrick 登場報告半導體電性量測。
The first lab meeting of the new semester was held on September 2, 2024, where junior student Patrick presented a report on semiconductor electrical measurements.

Our laboratory joyfully completed a trip to Tainan Anping and the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum in Chiayi from September 3 to 5, 2024. The experience was heartwarming and harmonious.

Arthur Lin, a junior in our laboratory, achieved remarkable academic performance in the second semester of his third year. He received A+ in all his courses, attaining a GPA of 4.3, and was awarded the first place in his class and the Book Award.

The senior MS student in our lab, Felix Wang, participated in his master's thesis defense on the afternoon of June 14th. He performed exceptionally well, received an A+, and successfully completed his master's degree.

3.本實驗室學長校友，鄭宇庭博士/董事長，5/9 來本系與全系學弟妹分享其在美念博士，在美矽谷工作，最後返台創業，成立 AI 模型計算之公司，會後與實驗室同學聚餐。
Our lab's alumnus, Dr. Yuting Zheng, Chairman of the Board, visited our department on May 9th to share with the entire department his experiences of pursuing a Ph.D. in the United States, working in Silicon Valley, and finally returning to Taiwan to start a company focused on AI model computation. Afterward, he dined with our lab members.

Over the past year, our lab has held weekly group meetings on Monday nights. The first hour involves a member presenting their research in English and undergoing Q&A training, while the second hour is dedicated to a Chinese Bible study and sharing session.

On Sunday afternoon, April 21, our laboratory diligently practiced singing the English song 'Right Here Waiting' by Richard Marx. After the practice, we went to have a meal together with our teacher at the Eat Meat Stone hot Pot.
4.本實驗室參加4/24材光系第十二屆英語歌唱比賽，主唱人為蒲光沛，合唱人為梁沛宇、王元甫、王浚宇、林辰軒、蔡岫璋、潘品辰，榮獲最佳人氣獎與第五名。
Our laboratory participated in the 12th English Song Singing Competition of the Department of Materials and Optoelectronic Science on April 24. The lead singer was Richard Pu, and the chorus members were Billy Liang, Ian Wang, Felix Wang, Arthur Lin, Andrew Tsai, and Patrick Pan. We were awarded the Best Popularity Award and achieved fifth place.

Dr. Chen, the second-generation alumnus of our laboratory and the Director at China Steel, visited our university from 12:00 to 14:00 on April 25th to promote and recruit doctoral researchers.

The paper by Xiankai Zhang from our laboratory, titled 'Effects of lattice distortion and chemical short-range ordering on the incipient behavior of Ti-based multi-principal element alloys: MD simulations and DFT calculations,' published in the International Journal of Plasticity, 2023, was recognized as an outstanding paper by the International Research Award on Nanomaterials in the United States.

 1.Billy梁沛宇和Sabrina黃少郁終於從2024年3月開始，進行基於鈦-鉭的薄膜濺鍍生物相容性和抗菌性實驗。
Billy and Sabrina finally have started their sputtering experiments for the biocompatible or antimicrobial Ti-Ta based thin films from March of 2024.

Syun Huang has passed his oral defense of his MS thesis on 12/25 Monday afternoon. This is the first MS thesis completed after our new lab is rebuilt in NSYSU from 2022/8/1. Syun will leave our lab in January 2024. Farewell.

Prof. Jacob Huang hosted his former post-doc and PhD students from Hong Kong University on 12/24 to 27 in Kaohsiung and Kenting.

After the final exam, the winter break will start from 12/29/2023. It is the research time from 12/29/2023 to 1/31/2024. Hope all MS students can accomplish solid research progress within this month.
4.在2023年，我們聯合實驗室再次取得了豐碩的成果。今年我們發表了15篇論文，與之前的年份相比稍有減少（2023年：15篇論文，2022年：18篇論文，2021年：17篇論文，2020年：28篇論文）。 但是我們的引用次數有了大幅增加，2023年：3400次，2022年：2300次，2021年：2600次，2020年：1900次）。
It is another fruitful year in 2023 for our joint lab. The first graduated senior student and his wife, Dr. and Mrs. Hangping-Pu, from our laboratory, currently serving as a high-level position at TSMC, will visit the Department of Materials and Optoelectronic Science at Sun Yat-sen University on the afternoon of Tuesday, December 5th. They will conduct a sharing session for junior students in the department. In the evening, they will join our laboratory for a dinner gathering at the Old Dad Restaurant near Chai Mountain.
