維氏微硬度機

SHIMADZU Vicker's Microhardness Tester

附有電腦操控系統與CCD光學觀測鏡頭的SHIMADZU HMV2微硬度機可用於量測材料的維氏微硬度值。利用不同的負載重量與測量時間，可以經由換算得到材料本身的維氏硬度值。使用者可經由LCD觸控屏幕來輸入不同的測量參數例如負載重量與測量時間。本硬度機附有電腦控制系統與CCD拍照功能，除了可藉由儀器直接測定硬度值外，亦可藉由電腦軟體測量硬度值與拍攝照片提供使用者參考。

The SHIMADZU HMV2 microhardness tester with computer controller system and CCD camera is designed for measuring the Vicker’s microhardness of specimen. Base on different load and duration time, the microhardness can be measured by the instrument. The LCD touch panel on the tester can provide interface for inputting several parameters such as load and duration time. Moreover, microhardness can be measured via computer controller system and surface images of specimens can be recorded by CCD camera for reference.
