鋁合金複材奈米製作、鎂合金複材奈米製作。本研究使用之摩擦旋轉攪拌製程機係由立式摩擦輪銑床改裝而成,其主軸馬達最大馬力為三相3 HP。FSP製程進行時工具頭傾斜一角度與試片垂直方向夾3o角,並在材料中置入一K-type熱電偶於T1位置,對於低溫控制,使用液態氮冷卻製程溫度,在工具頭走過後以液態氮急速冷卻,藉此將過程所產生之多餘熱迅速排除,不使其經歷長時間晶粒成長過程以期保有極微細晶粒寸。

Aluminum and Magnesium based nano-composites fabricated by friction stir processing(FSP): This research utilized the vertical-type miller with the maximum power of 3 horsepower(HP) to modify this friction stir machine. A 3o tilt angle of the fixed pin tool was applied on the vertical direction of samples, and the working temperatures was measured by K-type thermocouples under the sample in T1 place during FSP. Using the liquid nitrogen to cool the sample after the pin tool passing the FSP position is the method of eliminating the abundant heat to keep the ultra-fine grain size due to the lack of long-time grain growth.
