本微差掃描熱卡計(DSC)是由博精埃爾默公司所出產。DSC分析儀可量測在不同的溫度區間下,材料本質性的吸放熱情形。因此,試片的熱性質行為可借助於DSC分析儀得知。對於非晶質材料/陶瓷材料,DSC分析儀更可量測其玻璃形成能力(GFA)等性質,例如:玻璃轉換溫度(Tg)、結晶化溫度(Tx)、過冷液體區間(DTx)、固態溫度(Tm)與液態溫度(Tl)。實驗溫度範圍:-90 → 300oC (僅適用於軟質材料)。

During the temperature variation, the exothermic and endothermic reactions can be detected via the Perkin’s Diamond DSC instrument. The thermal abilities of the specimens can be analyzed according to the DSC results. For the amorphous materials/ceramics (with phase transition), DSC can measure the glass forming ability parameters such as glass transition temperature (Tg), the crystallization temperature (Tx), the supercooled liquid region (DTx), the solidus temperature (Tm) and the liquidus temperature (Tl). Working temperature range: -90 → 300oC (only for soften matter).
