在以鈦為氧氣吸收劑的氬氣保護氛圍下,可利用至少重複三次的電弧均勻熔煉合金以確認熔煉均勻性以得到初步合金合金成分均勻之鑄塊,或使熔融態合金墜落至圓柱狀或其他形狀之水冷銅膜中,利用比熱較大的銅膜以及循環的冷卻水將熔融態合金的熱量導出,可急速冷卻熔融態合金。依照銅膜的內膜形狀不同可形成不同形狀尺寸大小之金屬棒材或板材。

The ingots were melted homogeneously by arc melting to form the preliminary ingots with repeating the melting process at least three times to confirm the homogeneous mixing, or dropped into a water-cooled copper mold that has internal cylindrical-shaped or other-shaped cavities to fabricate the alloy rods or plates with various dimensions under a Ti-gettered argon atmosphere. |
