350噸熱擠型機

 350-T Hot Extrutor

本實驗所用的擠型機為國內的功益公司所製造，KCAEP-350E銅鋁用高溫擠型機。為雙缸橫軸式油壓擠製機，最高出力為350噸。擠製棒材或片材時，均是在擠壓容器中的胚料後方放置塊狀金屬當作壓塊(dummy block)，並利用推桿(ram)，與之配合來直接加壓使其通過模孔來擠製出成品，成為直接擠製，尤其是熱擠製大部分是藉由直接擠製來完成，本擠型機為簡易單道擠型機。

This extruder (KCAEP-350E), which is made by domestic company of Kung-Ih, is the elevated temperatures extrusion for the aluminum and cooper metals. This extruder has two horizontal and hydraulic pumps with the maximum power of 350 ton. The bulk steel put the back of ingot materials is thought as the dummy block, and the direct compression, utilizing the ram, on the dummy block extrudes the ingot materials through the mold to form a rod or plates at the elevated temperatures. This processing is the direct extrusion.
