第一部分：
I.簡答題(25分；每題5分)：
1.國際組織與“international regime”有何區別？
2.簡述國際關係理論中「現實主義」學派之主要假定，並點出其與「新現實主義」學派基本上之不同處。
3.說明國與國間互賴關係中“vulnerability interdependence”與“sensitivity interdependence”有何區別?
4.簡述Thucydides所著The Peloponnesian War, Book V中之“The Melian Dialogue”(雅典軍隊兵臨the island of Meles與Mehans代表之對話)所代表之意義。
5.何謂「新國際經濟秩序」(New International Economic Order)?
II.問答題(25分)：
請從國際關係理論中之「新現實主義」與「新自由主義」兩學派之觀點來評論國與國間在限武談判，降低關稅，全球環保三項議題上合作之程度。
第二部分：
I. In their book—Power and Interdependence (1977), Robert Koehane and Joseph Nye have indicated two concepts in international politics: interdependence and complex interdependence.  Please distinguish these two concepts with examples.  (You can answer this question in Chinese.)  (25%)
II. Regionalism has been widely considered as an important trend in world politics in the post-Cold War era.  In the Asia-Pacific area, there are two important organizations, namely the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), which are pormoting regional cooperation and integration, especially on economic affairs.  As a student of international relations, you have learned several theories in international relations.  Which theory do you think is the most appropriate to interprete this phenomenon? (Once again you are allowed to respond in Chinese.) (25%)
